Project overview
The project is a new mixed-use affordable housing complex consisting of two buildings on a 1.43-acre site in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Building 1, located on the northwest corner of the property, is a 6-story building with 27 apartments plus approximately 6,000 square feet of office space on the first and second floors. Building 2, located on the northeast corner of the property, is a 5-story building with 24 apartments plus approximately 3,500 square feet of amenity and service spaces located on the first floor. The project has a total of 62,256 square feet. The buildings are organized around a central courtyard with 37 surface parking spaces.
