The Heights at Gracepoint

The Heights Affordable Family Housing completes a planned community with Gracepoint Mental Health Services. This four story building sits on the edge of the existing campus at 24th Street and Henry Avenue and creates a strong corner. The building is organized for safety by being oriented around a secure central courtyard and protected stairways and parking are provided below on the lower level. There are a total of seventy (70) apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom configurations. Although one-third of the units were financed as tax-credit affordable units, the goal was to achieve a consistent aesthetic throughout the entire building. Building amenities include a community room with kitchen and learning center as well as a small exercise room.
