Project overview
Urbana is a new, fee-simple, townhome project located in a desirable area of downtown St. Petersburg. The first floor of each of the five 1,640 square foot homes contains the main living spaces opening onto a private patio. The three bedrooms on the second and third floors are flexibly designed allowing for a variety of living arrangements. A north facing roof terrace on the third floor provides a shaded spot to enjoy views of the downtown skyline. The compositional strategy was "nested boxes" and consists of interlocking and cantilevered cubic volumes of various sizes.
